CSPS Data Demo Week: Using Automation to Find and Manage Information

Description

Whether you are using traditional file storage or modern cloud services, the process of storing and retrieving files from a variety of systems such as GCdocs, SharePoint and shared file drives can be time consuming and difficult. Yet, being able to review older documents for duplication, verify documents for priority information, or check file versions is integral to good enterprise document management. In other words, we all need to be able to quickly and easily find the right information at the right time.

Shinydocs will demonstrate how information management can be as easy as an Internet search while increasing understanding of document content value, both on and off the Cloud. Working across existing data-storage systems, Shyinydocs can find the right information wherever it is stored.

Join this event for a demonstration of how artificial intelligence and machine-learning software can create informative graphs and search across multiple content-storage and data systems with pinpoint accuracy. Participants will learn how dark data and file sharing can become rich repositories of knowledge with ease-of-use searching, how this strategy supports proper data governance, security and compliance, and how it can be used to support an informed and minimally disruptive move to cloud‑based storage systems like M365.
