To develop as a leader, it is important to know how to self-assess your leadership skills and competencies. This online self-paced course covers the various techniques leaders can use to carry out a self-assessment, including reflective journaling, surveys and checklists, and 360-degree feedback. In addition to these techniques, participants will learn ways to boost self-motivation, monitor their progress, and manage their learning by creating a leadership development plan.
