Achieving Culture Change Through Leadership
The 2016 ADM Forum is an essential learning and networking event that contributes to building momentum in the assistant deputy minister community for leading culture change towards an open and transparent government.
Under the theme "Achieving Culture Change Through Leadership," the 2016 Forum will offer a wide variety of workshops, leadership examples and best practices. A full day of interactive sessions will support participants in driving and sustaining change, working horizontally to achieve excellence and delivering better services to Canadians through better engagement.
