Organized by the Canada School of Public Service in partnership with the ADM Learning Advisory Committee, the ADM Forum is the learning event of the year for the assistant deputy minister (ADM) community. Interactive and conversation-based, this event is an ideal opportunity to hear from high-profile guest speakers, and to ask your burning questions.

The Future is Now

This event is an opportunity for senior leaders to share knowledge, engage in open conversations, hear from experts and gain new ideas and perspectives to help build a more agile, inclusive and better equipped public service.

Participants will:

  • hear from national and regional media about their relationship with federal departments or institutions
  • obtain a better understanding of inclusive leadership
  • discuss reconciliation in practice
  • explore the impact of developing the North and the Arctic Region
  • deepen their understanding of artificial intelligence
  • discuss ways to take the diversity and inclusion agenda forward through targeted leadership
