Best Practices to Support Students

Best Practices to Support Students

Video available on demand | From March 15 to May 31, 2017, at 5:00 p.m. (EDT)

Student recruitment allows organizations to harness the energy, innovation and education of the next generation in tackling the issues facing Canadians. These employment opportunities allow students, in turn, to gain the skills and experience they need to succeed and be part of public service renewal.

This session will provide tools and best practices for hiring, welcoming and on-boarding students. Discussions will also focus on how to design a meaningful work experience that allows students to work on and contribute to the objectives of the organization.
