Join the School and the Communications Community Office as we welcome Daniel Séguin from Hydro Ottawa to discuss how his organization used social media to manage the crisis following September's tornado in the region. He will share innovative ways to connect with stakeholders, overcome communication hurdles and boost engagement.

Daniel Séguin, Hydro Ottawa's Manager of Media and Public Affairs, leads the development and implementation of strategies and programs to engage and inform Hydro Ottawa's key audiences. Daniel is passionate about emerging online and social trends. He is a creative thinker and a compelling influencer, with more than 30 years of progressive responsibility at the tactical and strategic levels.
