FWWN Power Chat: How to Develop Authentic Mental Health Leadership in the Workplace

FWWN Power Chat: How to Develop Authentic Mental Health Leadership in the Workplace

We keep hearing that leadership is key in creating a psychologically safe and healthy workplace, but what does authentic leadership on mental health and workplace well-being look like? What are the roles of champions and senior managers with respect to mental health in the workplace?

Come and hear from a panel of workplace mental health experts and leaders as they tackle the practical side of mental health leadership. The discussion will give you a chance to get ideas to apply in your workplace and answers to your questions.

This is the second event in the Federal Workplace Well-Being Network (FWWN) Power Chat Series. Co-organized by FWWN and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, the series aims to help employees explore the Federal Public Service Workplace Mental Health Strategy and ways to implement it.
