Prevention of Harassment in the Workplace

Prevention of Harassment in the Workplace

Public servants at all levels have a role to play in creating a respectful and harassment-free work environment. The Clerk—in his recent report to the Prime Minister on the public service—has reiterated his support for his predecessor's statement that all public servants must "live up to a high standard of integrity that contributes to a healthy, supportive and high-performing workplace, consistent with our values and ethics."

In support of this clear government priority, the School is offering two specially tailored sessions at no charge for learners—one for managers and supervisors and one for employees.

For Managers and Supervisors

Every public service organization must take measures to foster a healthy workplace. This engaging session will provide managers and supervisors with tips and strategies on how to recognize, minimize and prevent harassment in the workplace and its negative effects on employees and organizations.
