The Importance of LGBTQ2 Pride in the Workplace

Description

Over the past few decades, LGBTQ2 people, as well as people with diverse sexual orientations and gender identities and expressions, have worked hard to receive greatly increased protections and inclusion. Their progress is well worth celebrating.

That said, in many places around the world, LGBTQ2 people still face injustice that leaves them living in fear and danger, sometimes for their very lives. Despite the huge strides made by the LGBTQ2 community, some still question the importance of pride.

Come hear LGBTQ2 speakers share their lived experiences, best practices they've encountered, and why it's important we continue to celebrate pride so these communities can continue to thrive in the workplace.
