David Hughes, Senior Vice-President of Strategic Partnerships and Branding at YMCA Canada, will lead a discussion exploring how Canada's public service can use strategic leadership through times of transformation.
Mr. Hughes will distinguish between leadership and management by drawing on best practices, stories and experiences that have resonated with him over the course of his career. Participants will be inspired to adopt Mr. Hughes' high-impact strategies for effective leadership in their own workplaces.
