The Government of Canada is setting new standards in creating a respectful, inclusive and innovative workplace to better serve Canadians. In support of this, the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat has updated its policy suite on people management to meet the evolving needs of the workforce, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
