Special Events on Performance Management for ADMs

Ottawa, Ontario

The Canada School of Public Service, in partnership with the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer (OCHRO), is hosting an additional special learning event for assistant deputy ministers (ADMs) on the new Directive on Performance Management.

ADMs, who are responsible for establishing performance agreements with all of their direct reports no later than April 1, 2014, will not want to miss this opportunity to get an overview of the Directive on Performance Management and its objectives. Participants will also gain important information about the mandatory online training and learn about the new tools developed by OCHRO, including guides for managers and employees, to help in the implementation of the new Directive.

The event will feature presentations on the following topics:

  • Performance Management in the Public Service: A Key Priority
  • The Value of a New Approach to Performance Management
  • Findings from the National Managers' Community Annual Consultations
  • OCHRO's Support to Departments and Agencies

ADMs in the National Capital Region are invited to attend in person and those in the regions will be able to participate by webcast. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Register now!
