1. Work descriptions for all current CR, AS and PE positions regardless of level or vacancy:
   1. for all positions in regional offices
   2. for offices in the NCR, include only those involved in the delivery of learning activities (courses and events)
2. For positions identified above, include mandatory work arrangements. For example, mandatory work hours from 9 am to 5 pm, a mandatory and set 1-hour lunch break or set according to a mandatory schedule, breaks at set times, and a requirement to not start or finish before or after set times. Please also specify if these requirements apply to all days of work or only specific ones. If no mandatory work arrangements exist for a position, please indicate as such. It is not necessary to specify work arrangements that are already outlined in the position's collective agreement or work description.
3. All organizational charts currently in use covering the positions mentioned in #1. It is not necessary to provide organizational charts that do not include any CR, AS or PE positions.
4. Copies of procedure documents currently used by School employees for greeting learners/trainers at learning events. As procedures can vary depending on location and type of activity (course or event), please organize documents by location (NCR and regional offices) or type of activity, if any.
